Nancie Turner
Nancie Turner is returning for her 24th year as a lead teacher for Newark
Methodist Preschool. Nancie earned her B.A. degree in Early Childhood
Education at the University of Delaware. She has two grown sons and is
grandmother (!) to a lovely little girl. Nancie is very knowledgeable about animals,
as anyone who has been in her classroom would know. She is also an excellent
seamstress and sewing instructor. Best of all, she loves three and four year olds!

Carol Richardson
We welcome Carol as she begins her 1st year as Assistant Teacher at the
Preschool. She holds a Master of Elementary Education from Wilmington
University and comes to us with experience teaching elementary school and
preschool. Carol is no stranger as her children have attended Newark Methodist
Preschool, and she has taught in the Friday Kids' Day Out program and as a
substitute in many of the classrooms.
